EQUIPPING FOR MINISTRY TRAINING

The Hope Center is coming to C3Houston for a training series over 4 weekends (1 weekend per month) this Spring. This is a great opportunity for any believer who wants to grow in their knowledge of God’s Word and how to lovingly and competently apply its truths to the issues of life. Scroll down to find out more!

WHAT IS THE GOAL

Our goal is to glorify God by equipping lay men and women, church and pastoral staff to better serve those hurting and in need in the church body.

It is a reality that many in our families, churches, work places and communities regularly experience trials and hardships in life.  As Christ-followers we are all called to help by bearing one another’s burdens, by admonishing the unruly, encouraging the fainthearted, and helping the weak, while being patient with all (Galatians 6:2; 1 Thess. 5:14).  However, it is also a reality that many in the church believe they are not equipped to carry out these God given responsibilities.

Therefore, in a desire to equip the saints for effective ministry, C3 has invited Hope Center to bring its training program to Houston. Hope Center is the counseling outreach ministry of Christian Family Chapel in Jacksonville, FL. In addition to providing excellent biblical training, this Equipping for Ministry Training Program will also fulfill the Basic Training Course requirement for those seeking counseling certification through the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors. For more information on ACBC certification, please visit the ACBC website at biblicalcounseling.com.
