Bible Study

Spring 2023 – Judges: The Path from Chaos to Kingship (Lydia Brownback)

In the book of Judges, the people of God were mired in sin—from murder and violence to lust and adultery. The Israelites’ waywardness threatened to lead them away from their blessing, but despite their disobedience, God’s undeserved grace endured. Through Lydia Brownback’s 10-week study, we’ll walk verse-by-verse through the story of God’s people when “there was no king in Israel.” As we dig into the drama of Judges, we’ll witness how God used sometimes-faithful-and-very-flawed judges as instruments of grace to His rebellious people, and we’ll grow together in our love and gratitude for Jesus, the long-awaited, perfectly just and righteous King.

Dinners

C3 Women’s Dinners occur monthly at 6:15 pm in the Gathering Hall.  We enjoy delicious food, sweet table fellowship, and a program designed to help us grow in godliness.  Dinners are a great opportunity to form relationships with other women and to hear and share what God is doing in our lives.

Fall 2022 Women’s Dinners are September 19, October 17, and November 28.

Spring 2023 Women’s Dinners are February 20, March 20, and April 17.

We’ll continue our teaching focus on the doctrine of God, focusing specifically on God’s incommunicable attributes–in other words, the things that are true of Him alone!  And we’ll see why God’s attributes are wonderful news for those who are in Christ.
